My father David was born in Ithica, New York 25 November 1951. We do know that his biological mother is Evelyn Julia LeRoy born 30 September 1910 Cortland County, New York and she passed on the 22 March 2009. We are trying to find his biological father and have no information on who he might be. David never got to meet his biological mother since she passed before he found one of his cousins Julia. Some of the family knew about my dad David but his adoption and who his father was was never talked about. His adopted parents were Jacob Issiah Whitlock and Bertha Izora O’neal Whitlock. We are trying to find my fathers biological father.
