I was adopted through the Children’s Home Society of California, located in Los Angeles in December of 1939. I have non-identifying information about my birth-family, but I could not have access to who my birth parents were. I know that my mother was 27 and going through a divorce. She had two daughters older than I. My birth father was also going through a divorce and had two children (no record of sexes). They had an affair and I was the result.
