CPS removed my mother and father from brother due to their drug addiction. A year or so later my mother became pregnant with me (with the same father) and I was at risk to put for adoption as well. My mother left Santa Ana Ca and went to rehab in Escondido CA to a program named Detox and from there my grandmother and other family members raised me. My mother and my brother( adopted sibling) have the same birth which is July 5th My brother ( adopted sibling) birthday is July 5th, 1995 Our mother’s name is Lorraine Kathleen Souice (at that time she was married to my Father and her last name was Luevano not Souice) Our Father’s name is John Guerrero Luevano Our mother is African American and Hispanic Our Father is Hispanic I need to know who he is and want him in my life. I need family and need him to know along with my older siblings that he does have another family and that we love him. Please help me and I will be forever grateful. Please.
