I am looking for my mother’s biological parents and/or family members. She was born RoseMary Watson (Franz)? Her DOB 12/1/1945 . She was adopted by Paul J Smith and Astrid M Bangsund Smith on June 21, 1946 in either Fort Worth Texas or Los Angeles County General Hospital ( Birth Certificate say Los Angeles County General stating parents Paul and Astrid). Birth mother’s name believed to be Dolly Olena Watson from Fort Worth, Texas. Dolly Olena Watson aka Olena Watson was the grand daughter of Coke Oliver Watson. The biological father’s (first or last name possibly Franz , Frantz, Frans) was believed to be of a German descent. He was believed to in the Military ( Marine, Merchant Marine) and was arrested for going AWOL and sent to McNeil Island Penitentiary in Washington State possibly between 1945-1947? (This is what I was told). Looking for any clues which may help locate family members. I am searching in order to complete the family genealogy Tree.
