A boy was born at St Ann’s for unwed mother’s in Los Angeles California to my mother in law. Her maiden name is Patricia Tuytschaevers. She gave the baby a name of Richard Wayne Tuytschaevers but he wasn’t adopted with that name. It took her a month to decide after he was born to give him up. She was born August 28, 1942. The baby was born December 31, 1963 She has red hair on her side of the family. She was 21, unmarried, unemployed and living with her mom after her parents split up. From what it sounds like, she really wasn’t given a choice TO keep the baby. She has 2 younger sons, born in 1968 and 1971.
