Hello I am looking for my daughter Sara Scarlette Rhone she was born February 26th 1999 to me her mother Stacey Nowogurski (maiden name Vinson‚ first married name Rhone) and her father Robert Lawrence Dunlap Rhone. She was with us from February to June of 1999 when cps was called by a neighbor who didn’t believe two young people could raise a child. Even after doing everything the courts asked and losing a marriage the judge took my rights to my daughter away she was just over 1.5 yrs when I last saw her. The last place I knew she was at was Elk Grove‚ California. I know she will not see me as her mother but I wan her to know her biological family and know we have never stopped thinking about or loving her. I need her to know I didn’t abandon her or let her go easily. Unfortunately because of how young she was I am sure whoever adopted her changed her name a name I gave her that I had held dear since my childhood and has either painted her biological family as villains or not told her she is adopted. I just want to connect and have a friendship with her.
