I was born in Sacramento‚ CA on May 30‚ 1969. As far as I know I was immediately released for adoption. My name may have been Janice Helm. I have a monogenic form of diabetes (MODY 3‚ or MODY HNF1a) - it would run in my family but likely be diagnosed as type II diabetes. As far as I know‚ my biological mother was a college student (perhaps at Cal State Sacramento) and my biological father was in the Air Force.
