Agency: Riverside CPS Age when adopted: approx 7yrs old (my parental rights were WRONGFULLY terminated 12/2011) Daughter’s birth place: San Diego‚ CA Birth Mother’s birth place: San Diego‚ CA Birth Mother’s current city/state: College Place‚WA. Was in contact 2 times in 2023 just before she turned 18. Adoptive parents first names are Ted & Terri they have cut off all communication for no reason and claim she is in a safe house not wanting to contact me but can and I don’t believe that. I believe they changed their mind d:T the fact that my also adopted youngest daughter named Amaya Lanae Garcia at birth who is now 15!I need to know my girls are safe please help me!!!
