I have a son, born Jan 3 2001 in Santa Barbara. His mom’s name is Nora Rubio. She didn’t tell me about him until he was 5. I’ve been unable to locate him, as my name is not on the birth certificate. She named him Zacharias. I believe she said his adoptive parents were named Matt/Pat and Rosa/Rose Cervantes. I just want to know that he is ok, and treated well by his family. Beyond that, I am certainly open to communication, though my main concern is the boy’s welfare. Thanks, Ryan Stephens
