I was born in 1970, I was given the birth name of nathan. This was in January 6th 1970. My birth father was at the time stationed at the Yuma Arizona proving grounds. It was after I was born that she left Yuma to have me in San Diego ca. Not sure of the hospital however if she was married I would have been born at the Naval Hospital Balboa. If not then at one of the local hospitals. After being born I was then taken back to Yuma Arizona and birth mother tried to keep me. I believe that it was not feasable so then I went back to California San Diego. It was there I was to be adopted. The adoptive parents were Shirly Mae Hymers-Futch later just Shirly Futch. adoptive father was William (Bill) E Futch. It was at this time my name was changed to David. This is all of the information I have and that I have found. It appeared this adoption was a closed one so hard to get information.
