My mother was born on July 31st, 1968 at the West Valley Community Hospital in Encino. She was adopted through the Los Angeles county at just a few months old. She was born premature and biracial (though we do not know specifics). She was adopted by Ella Ruth Livingston and Mack Livingston. On my mothers birth certificate it says "record amended" on March 24, 1970. Her adopted parents are listed on the birth certificate and she has never seen her original certificate. My mother is looking for her biological parents.
