My father, Ronald Clyde Jensen and his brother Robert William Jensen were adopted. My father is listed as a Welfare child in Kern, California with foster parents Roy and Virginia Carpenter on the 1940 Cenus. Birth parents are Judith Shockey (born Mason) and Orville Clyde Shockey. It’s my Uncle’s wish to speak with a family member and learn about his parents before he dies. My father searched his whole life to find his birth parents who have past so I would like to find family members. Judith died in February 1991 in Sacramento, her last name at that time was Powers. Orville Passed in San Francisco. I truly want to know my father’s birth family. Please contact me!
