Angel Rodrigo Hernandez Paez, was adopted to Susan Franco in 1997, she came to me when I was a victim of domestic violence and offered to help me by adopting my two boys. My other son I* Christopher Santiago Paez DOB.1/28/1993, she worked for battered woman alternative at the time in Walnut Creek. And lived in Livermore CA.this was supposed to be an open adoption so I can stay in contact with my boys and she disappeared, I love my boys and would like to know there alive and well.
