There are questionable changes to my amended birth certificate. My stepdad adopted me when him and my mom got married. I took his last name. My birth certificate shows changes with me taking my stepdad’s name 6 days after my birth. My Mother did not know my stepdad at that time. Trying to clarify and see if there were mistakes made on my original amended birth certificate.
