I am child of adoptee and wish to find my biological grandparents. I have very little information. He was born in california aug 1964 at montebello hospital we believe. His adoptive parents had english accents. The adoption took place in california. My dad was told by his adoptive parents that his biological parents were young going to college. That the mom was spanish and dad scandinavian. My dad also believes he is either a twin or has other full bio siblings based on a childhood experience where he was mistaken for another adopted boy and school.
