My daughter’s name is Blaze Emika Hess-Perez. She was adopted to a woman named Shemeka Dove by Yolo County CPS in July of 2021. Ms. Dove denied the offer for a continued relationship between my daughter and I. It has been 2 years since contact was cut and my daughter is now 7 years old (will be 8 in a few months) in these last 2 years my life has changed and i would like to attempt once again an offer for a relationship. I believe my daughter was and will be better off knowing her biological mom. I need assistance with initial contact.
