A lady found me through DNA at Ancestry.com, she was adopted at birth in los Angeles California, we know that our family is from Nicaragua and Costa Rica, I know for a fact it is through my mother’s side. California records are sealed, all she knows is the last name of my mothers family. She is told California records for adoption are sealed, she has come a long way and still we cannot pin point who her parents are..what can we do?
