Hi‚ I’m looking for someone named Samantha‚ adopted out to a couple "Walter" and "Gloria". Last name "Hoffman" after adoption I believe. I could have the year wrong. I know she was very young when she was adopted. Her adoptive father‚ "Walter" was actually the head of the costume at Paramount pictures at the time. Her adoptive mother "Gloria" passed away not too long after the adoption and her adoptive father made the decision to put Samantha back up for adoption.
