I was born in Burbank‚ CA at St. Joseph’s Hospital. At 11 months of age‚ my mother gave me up for adoption through the County of Los Angeles Department of Adoptions. I was adopted shortly after and was relocated to Northern CA. I have very little information about my birth parents as it was a closed adoption and hope to find any biological relatives.
