I was born with a twin ( twin brother ), but brother passed away as a baby while we were in foster care together. I was then adopted by a lovely family who resided in Orange County, CA. I think my adoption was closed so not much info. for me to speak of or work with. I do have some other info., but a little more private. Birth mother did not know she was carrying twins, so that information may or not be relevant to anyone searching for a sister/brother.. son/daughter or cousin and so on. please message me if there is anything else I can add.
