I am looking for the birth family of my father Joseph A Hidalgo that was adopted by a Ramon and JoAnn Hidalgo. He may have had a different name when he was born. He was born in Oakland California in July 1964. He was adopted in Alameda County California. Unfortunately his birth records are sealed so finding information is nearly impossible.
