I’m the birth mother Heather Lynne Jones (maiden name Warren). The birth name was Aidyn Rio Jones. He was taken by Riverside county CPS‚ and though I didn’t want to‚ I was pressured to sign my rights away in Spring of 2006‚ when I relocated from Riverside county California‚ to Albuquerque New Mexico‚ where my then 4 year old son‚ Nicholas Jones (my 1st born from my previous marriage‚ his biological father differs from the adoptees)‚ staying with my father. My father helped me get back on my feet‚ and my oldest son needed his mother. With great difficulty I chose to sign my rights‚ in hopes that my infant son would be adopted by a loving family that could give him better than I could at the time. Due to CPS involvement‚ the adoption records on their end was closed‚ though I opted to keep my information open.
