Christopher Rodger Nelson is his name. Born in Orange County, CA to Elise Marie Wayman. The adoption was arranged before his birth and Elise’s school teacher and her husband, Cindy & Bob (Robert) Nelson, were to adopted him immediately after birth. The agreement as Elise (who was 16 years old and forced to give him up by her mother) understood it was that she was to be given annual updates about him including a photograph. Soon after he was born the Nelsons moved to Oregon (I think) and didn’t keep in touch as planned.
