Searching for birth mother. Born in Willits, CA 2/25/1962. Adopted through Children’s Home Society. Nix was the last name used in foster home, not sure if that was my mother’s last name or not. Mother was 18 years old at the time of birth and father was unaware of birth. One of my mother’s parents was Yurok Indian. Father was working in the lumber industry and was also 18 or 19 years old.
