Searching for my sister born in San Mateo california December19 1970. Wesupposadly have the same mother and father. The birth mother name is Eugenia (Jean) diatropt or diatroptoff. Her father’s name is Boris and her mother’s name is valentines. Jean did not list my father on my birth certificate and indicated the father did not know about me. I found my birth mother through DNA on ancestry but she doesn’t want to interact with me or give any family info.
