Looking for my birth mother, I have medical issues and would like to know the health history of my birth mother. I was adopted shortly after birth, my father was a Captain un the US Navy and I was told my birthmother was from Utah visiting her sister in San Diego when she learned she was pregnant and did not have any information from my biological father since she only met him once and a party and was intoxicated. She was 19 at the time she gave birth.
