My adopted half sister first name is Jennifer possible middle name of Sue. Born in San Bernadino‚ CA. Mother Jennifer Ruth Clanton. FATHER Tom Ross. We believe she was adopted by a family in Washington State. She had a brother in her new family. My mother updated her information with adoption agency every year on my sister’s birthday until her death in 1996. My aunt believed she happened to see her at a place in Washington when they were looking to buy a boat. She looked identical to my mother and was adopted also named Jennifer. All the known facts fit as to this girl being my mother’s daughter given up for adoption. My mom’s baby pictures and the one I had of my sister were identical. I can’t remember if the baby’s birth year was 1965 or 1966. I’m not positive if the baby was born In sanbernadino but most likely.
