I am searching for my granddaughter who was adopted 15 years ago in Sonoma County California. She was the daughter of Victoria Drown who was a minor at the time of her daughters birth. She named her Bianca Genevieve Drown Salazar. The adoption was handled by Department of Health and Human Services. I believe the first name of the adoptive mother is Sue and she also has another adopted daughter very close in age to Bianca. There has not been 1 day that has gone by that I dont think about Bianca and hope to find her soon. Her adopted mother had 11 or 12 other children so she was raised in large family.
