The person I’m looking for is my little brother who’s legal name was JOSHUA JOHN JOYCE(before adoption) I’m unaware of his surname since adoption. We lived in Milton Keynes Buckinghamshire. We were both in the child service system until he was adopted around the age of 5/6 when he was then adopted and I went into Foster Care.
