I’m Haley‚ I’m 25 years old and I’m looking for my half sister who was born in South Okanagan General Hospital in Oliver BC in the summer of 1979. My mother had her at 16 and her mother made her put the baby up for adoption. My mother told me she never filled out any paperwork‚ but she doesn’t know if her parents did or not. My mother told me she did speak to what she thinks is a social worker about placing the baby for adoption and said the she gave the baby the name Rachel. I’d really like to find my half sister and meet her if she’s up to it.
