When I was about 18 years old, in 2007, my social worker made contact with my brother. His name is Troy, birth name was Paul. He was supposed to meet me but backed out. At the time he was living in Ontario and I believe his adopted birth father had passed. I am looking to once again make contact. I believe his adopted parents were/are from the Okanagan. He is 2-3 years older than me. Our mother is Naomi Smith and he was likely born in Ridge Meadows hospital.
