My father died in 2002 there were four in our small family my mother past in 1996 and my brother in 1997. I’m the baby of my family I’m now 48 , I came across a letter that my mother wrote to a Dr V W Pepper in new west minster BC Canada that in 1957 he delivered a child my mother had I’ve never heard anything about this until 2002 after I buried my father and came across the letter in some boxes I was looking through. I hope you can help me find some answers thank you
