Seeking mother of baby girl born on Sept 11th‚ 1961 in Canada. This child was named Deborah Usher prior to adoption/name change in BC (not sure if the child was named by the mother or hospital)— the adoption story regarding the name‚ family may be different from what was given to the adoptive parents and told to the child.
