My husband was born in Vancouver General Hospital. His adopted parents have now passed away, their surname was Fletcher-Berg. Birth parents names are unknown. He was adopted in 1971 from Ocean Park, Surrey BC after staying with Foster parents. Just trying to find information on blood relatives for our grandchild, we don’t want to cause any disruption to his birth parents if they are not keen on the past being brought up. As far as my husband knows his birth mother is white Canadian & his birth father could be First Nation. Many thanks
