I am the daughter of an adopted person in British Columbia (likely Victoria) I don’t really have contact with my father‚ but I know via his adoptive mother that he was adopted in British Columbia when she lived there. His surname was vine-sullivan before it was changed to Bain. They moved back over to the UK where he met my mother. Stella and Arthur Bain were the adoptive parents.
