I was born to Paula Jane Shepard at Victoria General Hospital August 23, 1983. My name at birth was Alicia Dawn Shepard. I was adopted in Victoria BC. The attending Dr. was Dr. D.C Hosgood of 1494 Fairfield Road, Victoria. My birth mother had a ten year old daughter at the time as well. My adoptive parents didn’t tell me I was adopted until I was 21 years old. I’m turning 37 soon and would really like to know more about my birth family and where I come from. Thank you.
