Since she was still married to him she.had to put his name on Birth certifect. MY Adopted Parents took me home from hospital after 10 day. I developed impetego while in hospital. It took almost a.year to finalize my adoption. The had to get in touch with her husband to sign adoption papers. They had to go to court because Paul renounced me as his daughter and that he and Dorthy had not lived as husband an wife for years He was trying to divorce her ‚ but could not locate her.
