My mother Joyce Gwendoline Coke was born to her mother Evelyn May Coke on 9th December 1925 In Reading‚ Berkshire‚ England (no father shown on Birth Cert). My Grandmother married Glynne Dingle Osborne November 2nd 1927 and my mother then took her adopted name Osborne after that date. It has long been assumed that Glynne was my mother's father‚ but that is not been verified‚ he was always considered to have been my Grandfather.
