I am searching for my deceased father’s family‚ I have been on ancestry for many years and I have taken a DNA test but I am unable to link with any of my grandfather’s family on this site. My father always thought that he may be adopted‚ because he went searching for his birth certificate when he wanted to get a motorcycle and briefly saw some adoption papers in the tin where his mother kept birth certificates‚ but she caught him whilst he was searching‚ and never raised the question again. They lived in Whitley‚ Reading. Hence my search. His mother was Dorothy May Bradfield DOB 24/03/1926 DOD 29/01/2016 His father was Ronald Ernest Hermon DOB 20/04/1925 DOD 03/04/2017 Any help that you can provide in locating my heritage would greatly help settle my mind that I have completed something for my Dad that he always wondered about.
