I am looking for my birth mother. I was adopted from Mother Teresa’s Orphanage in Dhaka, Bangladesh in 1987. All I know of my birth mother is her name was most likely Mary Rosario and was around age 12-15 when she had me and was most likely forced to leave me. I was told she was a servant and was to go back to that home after giving me to the orphanage. I was born Sept 2nd 1987 and was adopted at 8months by a Canadian family. I was given the name Anjoli by the sisters of the orphanage, meaning a gift from god. I was told I looked different from the other babies and my birth father may have been lighter colored -Portuguese or Caucasian. I am very eager to learn anything from my past and where I came from.
