J was born at the National Women's Hospital in Auckland to his 19yr old biological mother . She had moved to New Zealand from Australia 5 yrs earlier with her mother & 2 sisters. She had been a shop assistant like her sisters and also a clothing machinist. She like outdoor pursuits - horse riding‚ swimming & sports - enjoyed watching films and reading novels. She was described as being 5ft 7"‚ brown hair and brown eyes‚ oval face‚ dimples and attractive fine Italian features (maternal ancestry) J's father was born & raised in New Zealand by his parents (father from New Zealand - died in 1973 and mother from Tonga and living in Tonga at time of J's birth). Biological father was 23 when J was born and had been divorced previously with a son and daughter born 1969 & 1972 respectively. He had a brother who was a construction worker like himself and a married sister who had 3 children J's father was described as having distinct Polynesian features - 5ft 8"‚ medium build‚ black curly hair & brown eyes J's parents relationship ended on discovery of her pregnancy J has a curiosity to find his parents particularly his mum and thank her for the opportunity to have had the amazing life he has had and still has. He was brought to England as young child but has a deep connection to the country of his birth
