I am searching for my mother’s birth father. She was released as a ward of the state in California (in San Francisco I believe) when she was younger. Her grandmother’s ex-significant other named Jimmy is the one who adopted her, and he moved her to Arkansas to live with himself and his wife. My mother has not expressed any want or desire to meet her birth father, but I want to know who my biological grandfather is for my own personal knowledge. Thank you.
