I am searching for my brother who was born in Feb. 1976 (could be 1977) in Izard Co. Arkansas. Could have been adopted out of Baxter Co also. Not sure. The adoption could have been a private adoption. I have very little information about my brother or his birth however I am searching anyway. I have contact with his bio father (Wayne Davis) and our mother (C. Vines) is still alive. We believe he was adopted by someone in the state of Arkansas. I would like to find my brother so that I can share family information. I also have a lot of the family history and pictures. If anyone might know of any information that might help or might possibly be my brother please contact me. I have other information that I will share privately to confirm if it is my brother.
