He was in foster care since he was 3 months old and was adopted out after our mother gave up parental rights. Our brother was younger than my sister and I and he was sick with asthma since birth. That’s why the state kept custody of him‚ because of his medical needs. If he’s out there‚ he has 4 biological siblings that would like to connect (two older sisters‚ a younger brother‚ and a younger sister).
