He was born in University Hospital‚ Little Rock‚ Arkansas. Through the Pulaski County Juvenile Court she consented to his placement with Arkansas Social Services and Rehabilitative Services. On September 11‚ 1979 and July 9‚ 1979 she received letters from UNMARRIED PARENTS SERVICES. The letters gave conflicting information on Jason’s adoptive parents. This led us to think that his first adoption may have not held and he was adopted by a second couple.
