Twins boys born in TN but verified adopted in Arkansas. Possible in the Conway area. Although twin boys may have been separated‚ but do not think so. Grandmother took them to Arkansas without consent‚ thought she was doing the right thing but this has been heartbreaking. Just need to know ok and hope to have contact.
