I am interested in finding my birth mother, but also my birth father if possible. I know little about my situation except that my foster parents were Darla and Eddie, and I was at St. Edward Mercy Medical Center (in Ft. Smith, AR) for awhile, although I was always told I was born in Sallisaw, Oklahoma (Sequoyah county). Not sure what to believe - my adoptive birth certificate says Sallisaw, OK. I was 6 weeks or so early. I know I have Native American ancestry, and have always been told "Cherokee" and "Choctaw". My adoptive grandmother says my grandfather was full-blood NA but I don’t know if this is true.
