I am looking for the birth parents of my dad. His name is Robert Paul Beggs but his name was different at birth. His adoptive parents are Robert Paul Beggs Sr and Mary Beggs (Reding). He grew up in Blytheville‚ AR. I know his adoptive parents lived in both Michigan and Arkansas. He was born in June of 1950. Not sure if the adoption was in MI or AR.
