I am looking for a sibling from my dad. This sibling would have been adopted from or around Natural Dam Arkansas‚ or Fort Smith Arkansas. I have a brother who was born October 13th‚ 1989 and the sibling we are looking for would have been born a week before or after that date. The mother who would have given the child up for adoption name was Rachel Cardenas and she would have been around 17-18 yrs old at the time. She would have been from Alice Texas but moved to Arkansas before giving birth. Her mothers name is Margarita Cardenas. My fathers name is Domingo Almaraz the 3rd. We have been searching for years and hope to find our other sibling.
