My son was born on June 4th, 1992 in Fort Smith, AR at St. Edward’s hospital and delivered by Dr. Marvin who was an OBGYN in the Physician’s Tower at the time. He was born around 5:59pm according to the photo I have. the attorney who handled the adoption was Jeanne Ann Whitmire of Shock, Whitmire & Harp in Fort Smith, AR. I have photos and a letter from the birth parents from when he was just a few weeks old. I also have a poem sent by either the birth mother or the attorney called "Legacy of An Adopted Child." While in the hospital I received a bouquet of gladiolas from the birth parents. I hope this information is helpful if he is looking. Thank-you.
